This Package Includes;

  • EXCLUSIVE selected date booking of Belinda Clinton. Your day is as important to you, as it is to her. 

  • Belinda will be at full disposal on your wedding date.

  • One couple, per date. Exclusivity means you will have her undivided support and access when the day arrives.

  • Unlimited access to Belinda Clinton throughout the process and her wealth of knowledge to make your dream a reality. Meetings, Emails, Phone Calls – I am all yours!

  • Handling of all legal documentation including;

    • Execution of legal documentation

    • Registration of documents to Births, Deaths and Marriages Office post ceremony

  • Creation of the Ceremony (unlimited editions)

  • Full draft sent to couple 1 month prior to ceremony for review.

  • Ceremony Rehearsal (on location) prior to wedding.

  • Marriage Ceremony

  • Marriage Certificate on your wedding day

  • Use of MiPro Sound System for 2 hours onsite on wedding day for ceremony sound and music (music if req)

  • 1 hour prior to ceremony | 30 min during ceremony | 30 min post ceremony

  • Lastly, you get well... ME! Every ounce of dedication to make your day uniquely yours and one you and your guests will never forget!

COMMITMENT & VOW RENEWALS

Wanting something without the legals but all the love? Pricing is quoted individually for each event.

 

MC - MASTER OF CEREMONIES

Don't want to burden one of your guests with the duty of being the MC for the evening and would rather everyone has a great time without having to worry about what is happening next?  MC pricing is quoted individually for each event.

 

DESTINATION WEDDINGS TRANSPORT CHARGES

Weddings conducted in the following locations draw an additional all inclusive $400.00 travel & accommodation charge for wedding date;

Mandurah, Bunbury, Busselton, Dunsborough, Margaret River & Yallingup

If you would like a rehearsal the day prior to ceremony at the above mentioned destination location an additional $350.00 will apply for accommodation for evening prior. Alternatively, rehearsal can take place in Perth prior with no additional charge.

All other locations will be quoted based on discussions with couple regarding location prior to booking.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

Weddings conducted on public holidays inclusive of Australia Day, Anzac Day, Easter Sunday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Eve will draw an $300.00 charge additional to the package.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • GST is not applicable.

  • Full package inclusions and information can be found in our Packages and Schedule of Fees document.

  • Pricing based on weddings conducted in Perth Metro Area (see destination weddings section for other pricing)

  • An initial Booking Fee of  $500.00 (for all packages) is required to secure your date. Booking Fee is non-refundable at all times.

  • Receipts of payment will be emailed to you within 48 hours of receiving payment

  • Booking balance is due 30 days prior to the wedding ceremony.

 Cancellation by Client

  • If your wedding is cancelled more than 30 days prior (prior to booking balance being paid), your Booking Fee is forfeited.

  • If your wedding is cancelled between 30 and 14 days prior, your Booking Fee plus a 25% cancellation fee applies. The remaining paid funds by client (25%) will be transferred back by Belinda Clinton into clients account within 30 days. This is at the sole discretion of Belinda.

  • If your wedding is cancelled within 14 days of the wedding date 100% fee applies. This is at the sole discretion of Belinda.

Postponement by Client

  • If your wedding is postponed more than 30 days prior (prior to booking balance being paid), your Booking Fee can be transferred to a new date which must within 1 calendar year of previous wedding date and there are no further fees incurred. Proof of re-schedule of date (venue invoice) is required to be submitted to Belinda Clinton within 30 days of postponement to prove wedding has been postponed not cancelled. This is at the sole discretion of Belinda.

  • If your wedding is postponed between 30 and 14 days prior, (booking balance paid to Belinda Clinton), your full fee can be transferred to a new date which must within 1 calendar year of previous wedding date and there are no further fees incurred. Proof of re-schedule of date (venue invoice) is required to be submitted to Belinda Clinton within 30 days of postponement to prove wedding has been postponed not cancelled. This is at the sole discretion of Belinda.

  • If for any reason, the client and Belinda Clinton can not settle on a ‘new date’ within that calendar year then a 75% cancellation fees applies. The remaining paid funds by client (25%) will be transferred back by Belinda Clinton into clients account within 30 days. This is at the sole discretion of Belinda.

Cancellation by Celebrant

  • Prior to 30 days before wedding date, if celebrant cancels, client will be offered a full refund to be paid within 30 days.

  • Within 30 days of the wedding date, if Celebrant for some reason in unable to attend (including illness) your ceremony, Belinda Clinton will arrange a celebrant to conduct the ceremony (Belinda will still craft ceremony and mange legal paperwork) on her behalf.
